In addition I have regular clients in the Essex regions of: Colchester, Earls Cologne, Braintree, Dunmow, Witham and Chelmsford.

I also provide online sessions via Zoom. Which means I can train you remotely wherever you are. This can be done with body weight or light dumbbells / resistance bands. Hit your fitness goals from your front room.
